Play Werewolf - The Last Warrior (Europe) Online
Switch between whip-cracking human and claw-slashing werewolf as you tear through gothic levels—just watch out for that bridge, it’s brutal.

Game Overview
Werewolf - The Last Warrior is one of those weird, moody NES games that feels like it crawled out of a late-night horror marathon. You play as this cursed warrior who can flip between human and werewolf forms—human for precision whip attacks, werewolf for pure, screen-shaking carnage. The first time I transformed mid-jump and ripped through a bat swarm, I was hooked.
The levels are these gothic nightmares full of flickering torches and enemies that seem to materialize from the shadows. It’s got that classic Castlevania vibe, but with way more fur and growling. Some of the platforming’s brutal (expect to retry that collapsing bridge section a few times), but nailing a perfect werewolf rampage through a room of skeletons? Worth every death.
Honestly, it’s a miracle this didn’t get more attention back in the day—the transformation gimmick still feels fresh, and the soundtrack’s all eerie synths and howling wind effects. Just don’t blame me when you start muttering “moon’s out” before tough boss fights.
