Game Overview
Who Framed Roger Rabbit on the Amiga is one of those weird, chaotic movie tie-ins that somehow works. You play as Eddie Valiant, trying to clear Roger’s name after he’s framed for murder—classic noir setup, except with cartoon logic. The missing will is hidden somewhere in Toon Town, and Judge Doom’s weasels are everywhere.
Half the game is wild driving levels where you’re dodging trams, cars, and puddles of Dip (that stuff melts toons, so don’t hit it). The other half is this bizarre mix of slapstick and stealth—like sneaking around the Ink & Paint Club grabbing papers off tables while avoiding a gorilla bouncer who’s way too serious about his job. The last level? Pure cartoon insanity: you literally make weasels laugh themselves to death with gags to save Jessica. It’s janky, unpredictable, and weirdly charming if you’re into ‘80s licensed games.
Fair warning: the controls take some getting used to, but once it clicks, the chaos is kind of fun.
