The NES version throws you into nine levels of side-scrolling chaos where you'll slash through enemies with those sweet adamantium claws. I remember the first time playing—kept forgetting to use the healing factor when I got wrecked by random henchmen.

What's cool is you can actually call in backup from Havok, Psylocke or Jubilee at certain points (though let's be real, I mostly just button-mashed with the claws). The final fights against Sabretooth and Magneto? Brutal. Took me like twenty continues to figure out their patterns. Still satisfying when you finally take them down though.
