I picked up 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue on Game Boy Color back in 2000, published by Eidos Interactive. It was one of those licensed platformers that felt pretty common at the time, especially on handhelds, but it had a certain scrappy appeal. You control one of two dalmatian puppies, either Oddball or Domino, and your goal is to rescue your siblings from Cruella De Vil's clutches. The gameplay involves exploring levels screen by screen, digging up bones, and sniffing out hidden items. You also bark to stun enemies or interact with objects, which adds a bit of puzzle solving to the straightforward platforming.
