Play Alice no Paint Adventure (Japan) Online
Guide Alice through colorful stages, using a magic paintbrush to defeat enemies, solve puzzles, and create paths by painting the environment in Alice no Paint Adventure.
Alice no Paint Adventure came out for the Super Nintendo in 1995, developed by Nintendo. It was part of that late SNES era when developers were really pushing what the hardware could do visually, with lots of colorful, experimental platformers. This one always stood out to me for its strange, liquid look and the way it plays with painting as a core mechanic.
You control Alice, who uses a magic paintbrush to attack enemies and interact with the world. Your main goal is to navigate through each stage, defeating foes and solving environmental puzzles to progress. The brush lets you splatter paint to defeat enemies, reveal hidden platforms, and even create temporary bridges or pathways by painting directly onto the stage. The pacing is deliberate; you have to think about where and what to paint, and some sections can be tricky if you run out of ink or misjudge a jump. It feels creative and a little unpredictable, like you're coloring your way through a living storybook.
