Play Ball Bullet Gun (Japan) Online

Tiny soldiers scramble across the battlefield—dodge bullets, flank enemies, and try not to get pinned down. The stiff controls take some getting used to, but nailing a shot mid-retreat feels great.

Game Overview

Ball Bullet Gun is one of those weird little SNES war games that slipped under the radar. You control these tiny soldiers running around a battlefield, dodging bullets and trying to outmaneuver the enemy. At first glance, it looks simple—just point and shoot—but the AI actually puts up a decent fight, flanking you if you camp in one spot too long.

The controls take a minute to get used to (why does the D-pad feel so stiff?), but once you adjust, there’s something satisfying about lining up a perfect shot while ducking behind cover. The sprites are tiny but surprisingly detailed—I remember laughing the first time I noticed my guy actually reloading between shots. Don’t expect a deep tactical sim, but it’s a solid pick if you want something quick and chaotic.
