This one’s a sneaky good time if you’re into old-school platformers with a cartoon twist. You play as Bugs, obviously, dodging Elmer Fudd’s hapless shotgun blasts and outsmarting Yosemite Sam’s temper tantrums across these bite-sized, puzzle-heavy levels. The controls actually feel decent—unlike some of the jankier earlier Crazy Castle games—and the colors pop nicely for a GBC title.
Half the fun is just seeing how they worked in all the Looney Tunes chaos. One minute you’re luring Taz into a trap, the next you’re chucking anvils at Sylvester. It’s got that same goofy energy as the cartoons, right down to Bugs’ smirk when he pulls off some ridiculous stunt. Not gonna lie, some levels had me stuck for a bit figuring out the right order to flip switches or avoid hazards, but that just made nailing it more satisfying.
Perfect for quick plays between bus stops or when you just want something light and nostalgic. Still holds up better than you’d expect.
