I picked up Buzz Lightyear of Star Command for the Game Boy Color back in 2000, a time when licensed games were everywhere and you never quite knew what you were getting. You control Buzz Lightyear through a series of side scrolling levels set across different planets. Your main goal is to stop the evil Emperor Zurg by fighting through his robotic and alien forces. The gameplay involves running, jumping across platforms, and using your laser to shoot enemies. You also get to pilot a spacecraft in some top down shooter segments between the main stages.
