The controls are simple (slide the stylus left/right to steer, which feels awkward at first but you get used to it), and the tracks are full of shortcuts and ramps that make races just chaotic enough to stay interesting.
You’ll unlock new cars by winning events, and yeah, they all handle pretty much the same—though Mater’s truck is weirdly fun to drift. The graphics are bright and chunky, like someone squeezed a PS2 game onto the tiny screen, and the music is that forgettable upbeat rock you’d hear in a parking lot car wash.
