Play Chameleon Twist (E) Online
Swing your stretchy tongue to grapple, bounce, and fling through trippy levels as a derpy chameleon—those weird floating heads never see it coming.

Game Overview
Chameleon Twist is one of those weird little N64 gems that never got enough love. You play as this goofy chameleon who can shoot his tongue out like a grappling hook—swinging across gaps, latching onto enemies, and even using it like a pogo stick to bounce around. The controls take a minute to get used to (that tongue physics is oddly specific), but once it clicks, you'll be flinging yourself through these bright, surreal levels like some kind of reptilian Spider-Man.
What really sticks with me are the bizarre enemy designs—floating heads, walking mushrooms, that sort of thing—and how the levels twist in unexpected ways. One minute you're hopping across giant lily pads, the next you're inside a giant clock tower dodging gears. It's got that late-'90s platformer energy where the developers just threw every weird idea they had into the mix.
If you missed this one back in the day, it's worth digging up for the sheer novelty alone. Just don't blame me when you start absentmindedly flicking your tongue at things in real life.
