Dodge traffic, hop oil spills, and try not to eat pavement as the screen speeds up—your little biker even flips if you nail a big jump. That crunchy Game Boy soundtrack somehow makes you pedal harder.

Game Overview

Crazy Bikers came out for the Game Boy Color in 2000, developed by Velez & Dubail and published by Ubisoft. It was one of those late-era GBC titles that tried to push the hardware a bit further, offering a racing experience that felt a little more frantic than some of the simpler racers available on the platform at the time.

You control a cyclist from an overhead perspective, weaving through traffic and obstacles across multiple lanes. The main goal is to reach the end of each stage without crashing, while also trying to beat a set time. Key mechanics include hopping over oil slicks and gaps, dodging cars and trucks that change lanes abruptly, and building up speed by pedaling with repeated button presses. The game gets faster as you progress, and the difficulty ramps up quickly with denser traffic and tighter timing. It feels tense and a little chaotic, especially when you're trying to thread the needle between two buses.
