You control Matt Murdock, navigating side scrolling levels to punch, kick, and use your billy club against waves of enemies. The main goal is to fight through each stage, facing bosses like Bullseye and Kingpin. Key mechanics include using a radar sense mode to highlight interactive objects and enemies through walls, and performing context sensitive combos that end with a satisfying thwip sound. The pacing is brisk, with straightforward brawling that can get repetitive, but the difficulty stays manageable. It feels like a straightforward beat em up that tries to incorporate the hero's unique abilities without overcomplicating things.
