Play Dimo’s Quest Online
You hop around as a lovestruck frog, dodging bees and tricky platforms to grab sweets for the princess—simple until those later levels make you rethink every move.

I first played Dimo's Quest back in 1993, when it was released as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series by Boeder Software GmbH. It was a time when platformers were everywhere, and this one stood out with its quirky charm and straightforward design. The game didn't try to reinvent the wheel, but it had a personality all its own, fitting right in with the era's pixel-perfect adventures.
You control Dimo, a frog on a mission to collect sweets for his princess, navigating through screen-by-screen levels filled with obstacles like bees and moving platforms. The main objective is to gather all the candies in each stage while avoiding enemies and pitfalls, often requiring careful timing and precision jumps. Signature mechanics include using your tongue to snag items from a distance and leaping between precarious ledges, with the difficulty ramping up noticeably in later stages. It feels both playful and punishing, a mix that keeps you coming back just to see if you can beat that one tricky screen.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
