You control a team of five players, cycling through them to pass, steal, and shoot. The main objective is to outscore the opposing team within the time limit. Signature mechanics include the ability to perform exaggerated, physics defying dunks by charging a jump meter, and a turbo button that lets your player sprint briefly at the cost of stamina. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty comes from the aggressive computer opponents who frequently attempt steals. It feels like playing a cartoon version of basketball where the rules of gravity are merely a suggestion.
