Download DreamWeb_Disk3 ROM – Amiga Game
1994 Amiga adventure game. Play as Ryan, a bartender tasked with killing targets to protect the DreamWeb. Top-down cyberpunk setting with click-based interaction, limited inventory, and graphic violence. Includes mature themes.
DreamWeb is one of those games that sticks with you—not just because of its grimy cyberpunk atmosphere, but because it doesn’t pull punches. You play as Ryan, a bartender drowning in nightmares, who gets drafted by a mysterious monk to assassinate seven people threatening the Dreamweb. And yeah, it’s as messed up as it sounds.
The gameplay’s classic point-and-click, but with a twist: you’re constantly second-guessing what to pick up because your inventory’s tiny, and half the junk lying around is useless. Dialogue’s minimal—no branching choices, just blunt exchanges that push you toward your next target. And unlike most adventure games, violence isn’t just an option here; sometimes it’s the only way forward, even if it means innocent people get caught in the crossfire.
What really sells it is the mood. The cramped, static screens make the city feel claustrophobic, and the occasional zoom window barely helps. Plus, the original release came with a diary that fleshes out Ryan’s spiral into paranoia—honestly, it’s worth reading if you can track it down. Just a heads-up, though: this isn’t a feel-good story, and it doesn’t shy away from graphic content.
If you’re into dark, morally messy adventures, DreamWeb’s a cult classic for a reason.
