Elvira II - The Jaws of Cerberus is one of those classic Amiga horror-adventure games that feels like stumbling through a haunted house with a flashlight that keeps flickering. You play as this poor soul trying to survive Elvira’s cursed mansion, solving puzzles that range from "oh, that’s clever" to "wait, how was I supposed to figure that out?" The atmosphere is thick with cheesy horror vibes—think rubber bats and dramatic organ music—but it’s weirdly charming.

Disk 5 is where things really start to unravel (in a good way). By this point, you’re deep in Cerberus’s domain, and the game doesn’t hold back. One wrong move, and you’re monster chow. The pixel art still holds up, especially the creature designs—some of them are genuinely unsettling, even now. Just don’t expect modern hand-holding; this is old-school trial-and-error at its finest.
