You pick either Brother or Sister Bear and take them through a series of extreme sports challenges set around Bear Country.
You control the chosen bear across events like snowboarding, skateboarding, and inline skating. The main goal is to complete each course as fast as possible while performing tricks to boost your score. Signature mechanics include timing jumps to grab big air, then inputting directional commands to execute spins and flips before landing. You also need to avoid obstacles like trees or rocks, which can slow you down or cause a wipeout. The pacing is fairly quick, though the controls take some practice to feel responsive. It feels like a simple, cheerful arcade sports game that captures the Bears' wholesome energy in a slightly odd but endearing package.
