Play F-Zero X (Europe) Online
Your hover car skims the track at insane speeds, barely clinging to curves that loop and drop—one wrong move and you're spinning into the abyss. The N64's low-poly chaos somehow makes crashing at 1000 km/h feel rad.

F-Zero X came out for the Nintendo 64 in 1998, developed and published by Nintendo. It was one of the faster, more aggressive racing games on the system, standing out in an era when many racers still felt grounded or cartoony. The hardware limitations of the N64 gave the graphics a sharp, angular look, but the speed was what really defined it.
You control a futuristic hover car, racing against 29 other vehicles on twisting, gravity-defying tracks. The main goal is to finish in the top three to advance through the Grand Prix cups. Key mechanics include using your machine’s limited energy both for boosting and as a health bar; tapping another racer drains their energy but risks your own. The game moves incredibly fast, and the high difficulty means you have to memorize tracks and manage risks constantly. It feels like balancing on a wire at terminal velocity.
