Play FIFA 07 Soccer (Supremacy) Online

You’d flick the stylus for fancy moves but mostly mash buttons for quick passes, nudging your tiny team toward a last-minute goal between classes. The crowds are just pixelated blobs, but they cheer loud enough to make it count.

Game Overview

FIFA 07 on the DS was one of those games I’d sneak into class—just one quick match, I’d tell myself, and suddenly the bell would ring. The controls are simple enough with the stylus, though I mostly stuck to the buttons for passing and shooting. Graphics are obviously scaled down from the console versions, but the players move smoothly, and the chunky little crowds in the background somehow make it feel bigger.

You get all the usual teams and leagues, plus the ability to tweak players’ stats if you’re feeling petty (I may have nerfed a rival striker once or twice). Matches are fast, and the AI isn’t brutal—good for quick wins when you’re waiting for the bus. It’s not the deepest FIFA ever, but for handheld soccer in 2007, it did the job.
