Finding Nemo on the Game Boy Advance came out in 2003, developed by Traveller's Tales. It was one of those licensed platformers that felt right at home on the GBA, a system packed with colorful, straightforward adventures based on movies. You didn't expect a revolution, just a decent way to pass the time between classes or on a long car ride.

You control Marlin, and later Dory, swimming through side scrolling levels to find Nemo. The game is built on screen by screen exploration, with each area presenting specific obstacles like dodging jellyfish tentacles or timing your movements to avoid anglerfish in the dark. You also have some simple combat, mostly just a tail whip to fend off smaller aggressive fish. The pacing is brisk, though some sections, like escaping the seagulls, rely on quick button mashing that can feel a bit jarring. It captures the movie's sense of a desperate journey across the ocean, condensed into short, manageable levels.
