Football Glory came out in 1995 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series, developed by Black Legend Ltd. It was one of those straightforward soccer titles from the era, built for quick matches and simple controls rather than deep simulation. If you played a lot of DOS sports games back then, this one fit right in with its no-fuss approach and pixelated charm.
You control a team of players, passing and shooting your way toward the opponent's goal. The main objective is to score more goals than the other side, either in a single match or through a full tournament. Signature mechanics include manual player switching, which lets you take direct control of whoever is nearest the ball, and a surprisingly flexible kit editor where you can tweak colors and patterns. The pacing is fast, almost frantic, with end-to-end action and a difficulty that spikes noticeably against stronger teams. It feels like pure, uncomplicated fun, especially with a friend in two-player mode.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
