Funky Bee is one of those simple but weirdly addictive arcade shooters where you play as a honey bee dodging trees and blasting bugs. At first, I thought the single-stinger mechanic would be annoying, but it actually makes every shot feel deliberate—you can't just spray and pray.
You start by weaving through flower patches while wasps and beetles dive at you. The controls are tight, but the screen scrolls upward automatically, so you're always moving. Lose focus for a second, and bam—you're face-first in a tree branch. The art's got this bright, cartoony style that makes getting swarmed by angry bugs almost charming. Almost.
It's harder than it looks, but in that satisfying "one more try" way. You'll curse the dragonflies that zigzag unpredictably, then immediately restart when you run out of lives.
