Galaga is that classic arcade shooter where you're just a tiny spaceship at the bottom of the screen, staring down waves of those iconic bug-like aliens. At first it feels simple, dodge their dive-bomb attacks, shoot back with the spacebar, but then they start pulling tricks, like capturing your ship mid-game or forming those terrifying bee-swarm formations.
Itโs way more intense than it looks. Those aliens get faster, more aggressive, and way harder to predict after a few levels. And if you lose your double-ship power-up? Brutal. The controls are dead simple (arrows to move, one button to shoot), but surviving past stage 10 feels like an actual achievement. Still one of the best arcade ports out there.
