Galaxian on NES is one of those classic arcade shooters that feels simple until you realize how brutal it gets. You're just this little ship at the bottom of the screen, blasting away at waves of alien formations—but then they start peeling off and dive-bombing you in these wild, unpredictable arcs. The first few levels lull you into thinking it's easy, and then suddenly you're dodging kamikaze aliens while trying not to crash into the ones still in formation.
