Play Garfield's Nightmare Online
You guide a sleepwalking Garfield through his bizarre food-induced nightmares, jumping over lava pits and dodging spiders to reassemble his smashed alarm clock. The levels shift from haunted castles to floating islands, each with its own weird twist like icy slides or disappearing platforms.

Game Overview
Garfield’s Nightmare is one of those weirdly charming DS platformers where you’re basically cleaning up the mess Garfield made by eating himself into a food coma. The big orange cat falls asleep after stuffing his face with an unholy lasagna-pizza-donut sandwich (honestly, relatable), and now he’s stuck in a nightmare full of haunted castles, floating islands, and lava pits. Your job? Find the pieces of his broken alarm clock so he can wake up—because apparently, smashing it while half-asleep wasn’t his brightest move.
The levels are classic 3D platforming—jumping over gaps, dodging fireballs, and occasionally dealing with spiders (because of course Garfield’s subconscious is terrified of them). Each world has its own gimmick, like icy slides in the Winter Wonderland or floating platforms in the Cloudy Realm. The bosses are… well, let’s just say they’re exactly what you’d expect from a cat’s bad dream: giant food monsters and angry alarm clocks.
There are little touch-screen minigames tucked away in each level, which is peak DS energy—suddenly you’re swiping at ghosts or balancing donuts while Garfield wobbles around. And yeah, you’ll be grabbing lasagna to keep his energy up, because even in a nightmare, Garfield’s still thinking about food. It’s janky in that early 3D handheld way, but it’s got personality. If you ever wanted to see Garfield fight a sentient sandwich in a lava dimension, this is your game.
