Play Genocide 2 Online
Pilot a ninja mech through CONEX's dystopian wreckage, slashing with your sword and managing the Betty boomerang—time it wrong and you're toast. Every hit carries over, so survival means thinking three moves ahead.

Genocide 2 came out for the Super Nintendo in 1991, developed by Zoom Inc. It was one of those early action games that tried to push the hardware with fast movement and detailed sprites, but it never got much attention outside of import circles or rental stores. You could tell it was aiming for that intense, arcade-style feel a lot of developers were chasing when the SNES was still new.
You control a ninja mech, moving through screen by screen in a dystopian industrial setting. Your main weapons are a sword for close combat and a boomerang called the Betty for ranged attacks; timing the boomerang’s return is critical because if you miss, you’re left defenseless. Health doesn’t regenerate between stages, so every hit you take stays with you, making cautious play important despite the game’s speed. It feels tense and demanding, with a constant need to judge distance and anticipate enemy patterns.
