Go Go Ackman 2 came out for the Super Nintendo in 1995, developed by Banpresto. It was part of that wave of mid-90s platformers, based on a manga, that tried to stand out with a weird sense of humor rather than just pure technical polish. You control Ackman, a little demon boy whose job is to cause trouble and collect the souls of angels.

You move through levels screen by screen, using a short-range sword and a projectile attack to defeat enemies, mostly angels who float in and try to hit you. The main goal is to find the exit in each stage, but you're also hunting for bags of money and power-ups. A key mechanic is your weapon upgrade system; your projectile gets stronger if you collect items without getting hit, but taking damage resets it back to its weakest state. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can spike unexpectedly with enemy placements. It feels like a chaotic, slightly janky scramble where you're always weighing the risk of going for more cash against getting hit and losing your firepower.
