Go Go Ackman 3 is the final SNES chapter of this weirdly charming series where a demon kid (Ackman) and an angel (Tenshi) keep trying to murder each other. This time, the tables turn—Tenshi’s on the run from his own angel police, and honestly, Ackman couldn’t care less. The story’s as ridiculous as ever, but that’s half the fun.
Gameplay’s nearly identical to Go Go Ackman 2, except now you can swap to Tenshi mid-level. He flies instead of jumping, which feels great, but he can’t collect enemy souls—Ackman’s still the greedy little demon for that. Souls now act as cash for shops, letting you grab power-ups or heal, which is handy because levels throw some nasty surprises at you. Ackman lost his slide move, but at least you can shuffle around while carrying dazed enemies now. Small tweaks, but they keep things interesting.
If you liked the previous games, this one’s more of the same chaotic, slightly janky action. Just don’t expect a revolution.
