Play Golf Online
Tiny golf with big personality—pick your club, nail the power meter, and curse when your ball plops into those sneaky ponds. The zooming camera makes each hole feel like its own little adventure.

Nintendo released Golf for the Game Boy in 1989, a portable adaptation of their earlier NES title. It was one of the system's early sports games, arriving alongside launch titles like Super Mario Land, and it offered a surprisingly complete golf simulation in your pocket. The game didn't try to be flashy; it was just a solid, straightforward way to play a round anywhere.
You control a golfer from an overhead perspective, selecting clubs and aiming shots before switching to a side view for the swing. The main objective is to complete each 18-hole course under par. Signature mechanics include a three-click power meter for determining shot strength and accuracy, and factoring in environmental variables like wind direction and the lie of the ball on the fairway or in the rough. The pacing is deliberate, almost meditative, and the challenge comes from learning each hole's hazards. It feels satisfying to plan a perfect shot and watch it land exactly where you intended.
