Play Golf vb Online

You line up a shot, fight the wind, mess up the swing meter by a hair, and watch the ball land in a bunker. Then you do it again, hoping this time it actually stays on the green.

Game Overview

Golf on the Virtual Boy is kind of what you'd expect—except with everything in red and black and a weird sense of 3D depth that actually works better than I thought it would. You get dropped into an 18-hole course, and it starts off pretty chill: line up your shot, pick a club, check the wind, and try not to completely botch your swing with that timing meter. Which, by the way, can be surprisingly unforgiving if you’re even a little off.

The 3D effect adds this strange but cool sense of elevation, especially when you’re trying to hit over a hill or aim for the green. I honestly spent a minute just staring at the way the ball flies into the screen—it looks kinda neat in that low-poly Virtual Boy way. But then the hazards start creeping in: bunkers, trees, water traps that somehow feel more annoying here than in other versions of golf I’ve played.

It’s not fast-paced or flashy, but golf on the Virtual Boy has this oddly relaxing vibe once you get into the groove. Just don’t expect any mercy if you misread the wind or overshoot—this course absolutely punishes sloppy shots.
