Game Overview
Gran Turismo on PSP is basically a pocket-sized version of the legendary racing sim, and it’s wild how much they crammed onto one UMD. You start with a random car (mine was some beat-up Honda) and enough cash to either upgrade it or buy something slightly less embarrassing. The garage has over 800 real cars—everything from rusty old sedans to Lamborghinis that cost more than your entire early-game budget.
What’s cool is how many ways there are to race. You can grind time trials, slide through drift challenges, or just go head-to-head with AI on any of the 35 tracks (which double if you count reverse layouts). The driving challenges are brutal but actually teach you how to take corners properly instead of just smashing into walls like I did at first.
Best part? If you had GT5 on PS3, you could transfer your hard-earned cars over. Nothing like rolling up to a race in some tricked-out Bugatti you painstakingly unlocked during your commute.
