Play Guimo Online
You bounce this round little dude through pixel-perfect jumps and spiky traps, collecting weird glowing fruit while the cheerful chiptune music keeps you company. It’s got that old-school "figure it out or die trying" vibe.

Guimo came out in 1997 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by Jack in the Box Computing. It's one of those late-era DOS platformers that feels both familiar and a little odd, like something you might have found on a shareware disk next to more polished titles. The graphics are simple, the colors are bright, and it doesn't try to be anything more than what it is: a straightforward, challenging action game from the tail end of the platform's life.
You control a round, bouncy character through a series of single-screen levels, jumping precisely to avoid spikes and enemies while collecting glowing fruit. The main goal is simply to reach the exit in each stage, but the real challenge comes from the timing and spacing of your movements. You have to memorize trap patterns and make pixel-perfect jumps to progress, and the difficulty ramps up quickly. It feels tense and rewarding when you finally nail a tricky section after several attempts.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
