If you ever wanted to live inside an episode of iCarly, this DS game gets weirdly close. You’re basically Carly’s new assistant, running around the set helping with the show—filming dumb skits, answering fan mail, even dealing with Spencer’s bizarre art projects. The mini-games are hit or miss (the dance battles are fun, but the sandwich-making one feels like a fever dream), but the whole thing has that same chaotic energy as the show.
It’s definitely a kid’s game, but the DSi camera stuff adds some goofy charm—like snapping pics of your face to paste onto in-game posters. You’ll either love how faithfully it captures the show’s vibe or bail after 20 minutes. No in-between.
