Game Overview

Indy Heat is one of those Amiga racing games that somehow nails the balance between arcade fun and just enough realism to keep you hooked. You pick from a handful of stock cars—nothing fancy, but they handle differently enough that you’ll develop a favorite after a few races. The tracks are tight, with sharp turns that’ll send you spinning into the wall if you’re not careful, but the controls are responsive enough that it never feels unfair.

What really stands out is the split-screen multiplayer. Grab a friend, and suddenly it’s a battle of who can nudge the other into the guardrail first (accidentally, of course). The graphics are bright and chunky in that classic Amiga way, and the engine noise is just loud enough to make you feel like you’re pushing the car too hard. It’s simple, fast, and way more competitive than it has any right to be.
