The key mechanics involve navigating the tight corridors, using vitamins that temporarily turn the tables and let you chase the enemies instead, and managing the increasing speed of the pursuers as you progress. The game starts calmly but quickly becomes frantic, demanding quick reflexes and careful movement. It feels tense and a little strange, but clearing a board is genuinely satisfying.
