Jigsaw's Test (Demo) on SNES is one of those weird little puzzle games that somehow sticks with you. At first glance, it's just colorful tiles and simple mechanics—slide pieces around, match shapes, basic stuff. But after a few levels, you realize there's this sneaky depth to it. The demo doesn't explain much, so you're left figuring out patterns as you go, which actually makes solving each stage way more satisfying.
The 16-bit art has that warm, slightly pixelated charm, and the music loops in a way that doesn't drive you nuts after the tenth retry (a minor miracle for SNES puzzle games). It's a shame the full game never materialized, because the demo leaves you wanting more—like finding the first chapter of a really good book and then realizing the rest was never written. Still, for a quick hit of retro puzzle goodness, it holds up.
