Game Overview

Keystone Kapers is one of those classic Atari 2600 games that somehow makes running through a mall feel intense. You're Officer Kelly, chasing this ridiculous thief Harry Hooligan up four floors of pure chaos. The guy's tossing shopping carts, rubber balls, even tiny biplanes at you—like where did he even get those?

You've got two ways to chase him: the slow elevator in the middle or the escalators at the sides. The elevator's safer but takes forever, while the escalators are quicker but mean dodging more junk. By level 3, Harry's practically sprinting, and suddenly there's twice as much flying at your face. Mess up and you're back at the bottom floor, watching that little pixelated crook laugh at you.

It's simple, frantic, and weirdly satisfying when you finally grab him just before he reaches the roof.
