You control a team of three fighters, swapping them in and out as you try to deplete your opponent's health bars across best of three rounds. The main objective is to outmaneuver and outdamage the other team, using a mix of special moves, super combos, and the new striker assist system that lets you call in a fourth character for a quick attack or defensive cover. Matches are fast and demand quick reactions, with a difficulty that can feel punishing if you don't know your combos or how to counter specific strikers. It feels like a chaotic but calculated brawl where every decision matters right up until the knockout.
