You control a small, blocky character on a single screen filled with pegs and obstacles. The main goal is to smash all the pegs on your side of the screen before your opponent does. Your primary tool is a ball that you hit back and forth; it ricochets around, destroying pegs on contact. The key mechanics involve precise timing to hit the ball for maximum effect and strategically using power-ups that occasionally drop, like ones that multiply your ball or increase its speed.
