Download Last Ranker (Japan) ROM – Sony PSP Game
Start at the bottom, claw your way up the ranks—every fight’s a gamble between moving forward or getting crushed. The turn-based combat keeps you sweating as you time attacks, while the story’s all back-alley deals and dirty secrets.
Game Overview
Last Ranker came out on the PlayStation Portable in 2010, developed by Imageepoch and published by Capcom. It was part of that late PSP wave of ambitious, story-heavy RPGs that tried to push what the system could do with both narrative and combat systems, before mobile really took over.
You play as Zig, a young fighter trying to climb the ranks in a brutal guild system. The goal is to become the top ranker by battling through a hierarchy of opponents in turn-based fights that demand careful timing and strategy. You explore the city and its surrounding areas screen by screen, taking on quests, managing your skills, and engaging in fights where positioning and combo execution really matter. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty can spike sharply, especially in ranked matches. It feels tense and tactical, like every decision could either break your progress or push you one step closer to the top.
