Last Striker, also known as Kyuukyoku no Striker, came out in arcades in 1992 from Human Entertainment. It was part of that wave of side-scrolling beat 'em ups that filled arcades in the early 90s, standing alongside titles like Final Fight and Streets of Rage, but with its own particular flavor. You control one of several martial artists, each with their own moves, and your goal is to fight through screen after screen of thugs and bosses.
