Play Lego Bionicle (E)(High Society) Online

You play as Takua, the village goofball, sneaking past Rahi and solving puzzles to find hidden Toa stones after the Turaga get snatched. It’s clunky in that old GBA way, but wandering Mata Nui before everything went wrong feels special if you grew up with the sets.

Game Overview

Lego Bionicle was released for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, developed by Saffire and published by Lego Media. It arrived early in the handheld's life, when many action adventure titles were still finding their footing on the small screen. The game draws directly from the Bionicle lore, placing you in a world of biomechanical beings and elemental conflict.

You control Takua, an adventurous Matoran, as you explore the island of Mata Nui screen by screen. Your main goal is to rescue the captured Turaga elders by finding hidden Toa stones, which involves navigating environments, avoiding or confronting Rahi creatures, and solving environmental puzzles. Combat is simple, relying on close range attacks, and the pacing can feel deliberate, with some backtracking and occasional unclear objectives. Moving through the quiet, pre invasion villages and jungles gives the journey a lonely, exploratory tone that sticks with you.
