Game Overview
LEGO Harry Potter - Years 5-7 on the DS is basically the second half of Hogwarts, but with all the goofy LEGO charm. You’re running around Diagon Alley, casting spells (wingardium leviosa never gets old), and smashing everything in sight to collect studs—because, of course, even wizards need pocket change.
The puzzles are simple but satisfying, like using lumos to light up dark corners or turning into a cat to sneak through tight spots. And yeah, the graphics are blocky (it’s LEGO, duh), but there’s something weirdly nostalgic about seeing the Ministry of Magic or the Room of Requirement built entirely out of tiny plastic bricks.
If you’ve played the first game, this one’s more of the same—just with more angst (thanks, Voldemort) and way more unlockable characters. I spent way too long just switching between Tonks and Mad-Eye Moody for no reason. It’s a solid little time-killer for Potter fans who don’t mind a bit of repetitive stud-collecting.
