Play Libble Rabble Online
Slide two connected arrows around the screen, fencing off shapes to trap mushrooms while dodging enemies—one wrong move and your string snaps. Weirdly addictive once you get the rhythm of looping around poles and snagging treasure chests.

Libble Rabble came out on the Super Nintendo in 1994, a Namco release that felt a bit off the beaten path even then. It wasn't trying to be the next big platformer or RPG; it had its own quiet, peculiar charm that stood apart from the more bombastic titles of the era.
You control two little characters, Libble and Rabble, each tethered to a central pole by a stretchy, elastic line. The goal is to encircle groups of mushrooms on each screen, fencing them in with your connected line to make them disappear. You're constantly maneuvering both characters simultaneously, weaving around obstacles and other poles while avoiding enemies that can break your line. The pace is methodical, almost puzzle-like, demanding careful planning over quick reflexes. It feels strangely satisfying when you successfully loop a large section and watch it clear away.
