Okay, so this is one of those Disney DS games that actually surprised me—it’s not just a lazy movie tie-in. You play as Ariel (obviously), swimming around this colorful coral reef world, collecting shells, and doing little quests for Flounder and Sebastian. The controls are simple—mostly tapping and dragging with the stylus—but there’s something weirdly satisfying about flipping your tail to dart through seaweed or popping air bubbles.

The puzzles aren’t exactly brain-melters, but they’re cute—like rearranging coral pieces to open a path or matching seashell patterns. And yeah, you’ll run into Ursula at some point, because of course you will. The music’s all chiptune versions of the movie songs, which is either charming or slightly cursed, depending on your nostalgia levels.

Honestly, it’s a solid pick if you want something lighthearted to zone out with. Just don’t expect Dark Souls under the sea.
