Your main goal is to explore a series of themed stages, screen by screen, to recover stolen magical orbs from a thief. Key mechanics include collecting star power from enemies to charge up more potent magic attacks and breaking objects in the environment, like barrels and pots, to find health-restoring food or temporary power-ups that change your projectile's element. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty is manageable but not without some tricky enemy placements. It feels responsive and light, with a focus on quick combat and exploration.
