Play Mig-29 Soviet Fighter Online
NES answer to Afterburner—dodge, shoot jets/tanks, grab parachute power-ups. Nukes exist, because of course they do.

Game Overview
If you've ever played Afterburner and wished for something similar on the NES, this is about as close as it gets. You're basically glued to the tail of a Mig-29, dodging flak while blasting enemy jets, tanks, and whatever else the game throws at you. The weapons feel satisfying—regular guns, air-to-air missiles, even bombs you drop straight down (though the nuke is ridiculous in the best way).
Parachutes float by with power-ups, which is handy because some of those late-game boss planes are no joke. The scenery shifts from snowy tundras to deserts, which doesn't affect gameplay much but keeps things from getting stale. It's not deep, but for a quick arcade-style dogfight fix? Solid choice.
