You play as a manager training a monkey boxer, guiding its development through rhythmic button-mashing mini-games to improve its stats. The main goal is to raise a champion by balancing training, purchasing equipment, and entering tournaments. Key mechanics include timing-based training exercises, like skipping rope or hitting a bag, and a shopping system where your monkey might return with useless items if its intelligence is too low. The pacing is deliberate, with progress tied to how well you perform in the repetitive but oddly satisfying drills. It feels silly and a little unpredictable, like trying to coach a very distractible athlete.
