Play Monster House (E)(Sir VG) Online
Creep through shifting hallways as three kids—outsmart the house by baiting its own traps while dodging weird monster noises. DJ plans, Jenny dashes, Chowder smashes, and the whole place keeps rearranging itself.

Monster House for the Game Boy Advance came out in 2006, published by THQ. It was one of those many licensed games from that era, based on the animated movie, and it fit right in with the platform's library of action-adventure titles aimed at younger players.
You control three kids, DJ, Jenny, and Chowder, each with a unique ability; DJ can throw objects to bait traps, Jenny runs faster, and Chowder breaks down certain walls. The goal is to explore the constantly shifting rooms of the monster house, avoid its hazards, and ultimately find a way to stop it. You move screen by screen, solving environmental puzzles and outsmarting the house's tricks rather than engaging in direct combat. The pacing is deliberate, with a focus on cautious exploration over speed, and the difficulty comes from learning the house's patterns. It feels like a tense game of cat and mouse where you are always the mouse.
