Play Mortal Kombat 2 on snes Online
Throwing fireballs with Scorpion feels way tighter than the first game, and the AI will wreck you if you don’t learn those cheap jump kicks against Shao Kahn.

Game Overview
Mortal Kombat 2 on SNES is basically the same brutal, blood-soaked brawler you remember—just slightly toned down for Nintendo’s squeaky-clean image. You’ve got all the classic fighters plus some new faces, and Shang Tsung’s back to run another shady tournament. The first thing you’ll notice is how much smoother the controls feel compared to the first game—special moves actually land when you want them to, most of the time.
Matches start fast: punches, kicks, and those ridiculous flying kicks that somehow work half the time. Each character’s got their own weird gimmick—Sub-Zero freezing people mid-combo, Scorpion’s spear drag, Raiden’s teleport spam. The AI’s brutal even on medium, and good luck beating Shao Kahn without cheesing him with jump kicks. Two-player mode’s where it really shines though—nothing like watching your friend panic when you pull off a fatality they’ve never seen before.
It’s still one of the best fighting games on the SNES, even with the censored blood. Just don’t expect mercy from the final bosses.
